- Does your Professional Fit Program begin with your Dynimus Discovery Program?
- Yes. All of our Programs include our proprietary Dynimus Discovery Program. It is your competitive edge and ours as well. Our Discovery Program efficiently and effectively reveals the Career DNA of your employees.
- How long do your Professional Fit Programs take?
- It depends on the Program you use and the potential employees availability. All of the Programs except for the Executive Program can be completed in 24 hours, including Background Checks.
- How do you and your clients rate your effectiveness?
- In many ways, the most important is how quickly the new employee reaches a high performing and productivity level. The increased retention factor proves out over time. We also hand over a blueprint (Professional Fit Report) on how to manage for maximum performance, to the employee's manager, thus reducing the typical 6 month "get to know your employee" learning curve.
- What type of consulting relationship do you have with your clients?
- We prefer long term relationships with our clients and they do as well. Our value to them increases over time due to our continually increasing knowledge of their people, culture and needs. This allows us to dial our programs in tighter and tighter over time.
- What makes your Program any different from other programs?
- On the surface many look the same. We are different and we are not for everyone. Our proprietary Discovery Program sets the stage for a very accurate and effective fit program. Our Specialists have over 10 years of business experience, and they are Consultants not Counselors. They take a business approach to your needs not a counseling approach. - What are the results for the Dynimus Career Coaching Programs?

- How do I begin the Program?
- You simply email or call us. It is as easy as that.
- What if I live outside of Denver ?
- Many of our clients live outside of Denver , outside of Colorado and we even have clients who live outside the United States . So you have two choices. You can arrange to visit our office for the core of the Program, or its entirety; or have us travel to your office; or you can complete the Program entirely from your location by phone, email and the web.
- What if I live outside the United States ?
- Same as above. Regardless of your time zone or location the Program works.
- What are your Career Specialists credentials?
- There are many. Here are the top three and then we would recommend that you visit About Us/Why Dynimus . 1) All of our Specialists are in their True Calling and it makes all the difference in the world. 2) They all have at least 10 years of real business experience. In other words they are not coaching you in a direction that they have not professionally experienced - they know the corporate environment well. 3) They are all Certified Career Specialists who came through our Program as a client first.
- How often can you meet with our employees?
- As often as the contract dictates.
- Are conversations kept confidential?
- Absolutely. We would not be in business if our clients did not trust us. If you choose we can even keep the fact that you are a client confidential.
- Why do you use tests?
- We don't, we use assessments. The difference is that a test is graded; an assessment is all about our client. We use assessments just like a Doctor uses x-rays. They tell us a lot about our clients very quickly which saves you valuable time. We use 3 of the best assessments with every client.
- Don't employees try to skew the assessments results?
- Yes, some do try to control the results. This is one of the reasons we use 3 assessments. They provide a triangulation of the results and therefore catch the majority of this activity. Most of our Programs also involve intense interviews as well that reinforce our ability to obtain clean results.
