  • How would I find out the cost of the Program that I need?
    • The Dynimus Career Coaching Programs can include both classes and one-on-one programs all of which are customized to your needs and budget. Email or give us a call so we can discuss your needs and budget, and then prepare a valuable and effective program that will improve your employees performance and productivity.
  • Why are your programs called Career Coaching Programs?
    • At the end of the day if you have not improved the performance of your employees with your coaching programs - why do it? We are hired as often to improve the best performers as we are to help others find what is holding them back.
  • Why do your Programs begin with your Dynimus Discovery Program?
    • Our Discovery Program efficiently and effectively reveals the Career DNA of your employees. Without this knowledge it is impossible to coach them to their highest level of performance. Without the hard data from the assessments and our methodology it is really nothing more than a guessing game.
  • How long do your Career Coaching Programs take?
    • It depends on the Program you need. If it is an Executive Coaching Program we recommend at least a 6 month program, 12 month is even better in certain cases. For managers and employees we recommend a short class format tied into a series of one-on-one coaching sessions.
  • How do you and your clients rate your effectiveness?
    • In three ways. We administer Mid-Program Evaluations and Post- Program Evaluations which are shared with our client and our team for future improvement. Most of our clients also manage their own evaluation process. The more the better as they only lead to opportunities to improve. We also email an Expectations and Goals questionnaire to each employee we are coaching after every session to make sure we are on track and addressing all issues. Most important, our clients see the difference.

    • We prefer long term relationships with our clients and they do as well. Our value to them increases over time due to our continually increasing knowledge of their people, culture and needs.

    • On the surface many look the same. We are different and we are not for everyone. Our proprietary Discovery Program sets the stage for a very accurate and effective program.   • How do I begin the Program?
    • You simply email or call us. It is as easy as that.
  • What if I live outside of Denver ?
    • Many of our clients live outside of Denver , outside of Colorado and we even have clients who live outside the United States . So you have two choices. You can arrange to visit our office for the core of the Program, or its entirety; or have us travel to your office; or you can complete the Program entirely from your location by phone, email and the web.
  • What if I live outside the United States ?
    • Same as above. Regardless of your time zone or location the Program works.
  • What are your Career Specialists credentials?
    • There are many.   • How often can you meet with our employees?
    • As often as the contract dictates.
  • Are conversations kept confidential?
    • Absolutely. We would not be in business if our clients did not trust us. If you choose we can even keep the fact that you are a client confidential.
  • Why do you use tests?
    • We don't, we use assessments. The difference is that a test is graded; an assessment is all about our client. We use assessments just like a Doctor uses x-rays. They tell us a lot about our clients very quickly which saves valuable time. We use 3 of the best assessments with every client.
  • Don't employees try to skew the assessments results?
    • Yes, some do try to control the results. This is one of the reasons we use 3 assessments. They provide a triangulation of the results and therefore catch most of this activity. Most of our Programs also involve intense interviews as well that reinforce our ability to obtain clean results.
