  • Who are your Outplacement Programs for?

  • How would I find out the cost of the Program that I need?
    • The Dynimus Corporate Outplacement Programs can include both classes and one-on-one programs for all levels of employees, all of which are customized to your needs and budget.   • Do your Outplacement Programs begin with your Dynimus Discovery Program?
    • Yes. All of our Programs include our proprietary Dynimus Discovery Program. It is your competitive edge and ours as well. Our Discovery Program efficiently and effectively reveals the Career DNA of your employees. When the employees can see the potential they have based upon who they are the positive energy pours in.
  • How long do your Outplacement Programs take?
    • It depends on your needs and the Program you choose. Most Programs take from a week to three months to complete. The Executive Programs can take up to six months to complete.
  • How do you and your clients rate your effectiveness?
    • The most important is how quickly the employees reengage in the workforce in positions that are a better fit than what they left. Our Program Evaluations are also key in rating our effectiveness. Over 90% of our Programs exceed expectations.
  • What makes your Program any different from other programs?
    • On the surface many look the same. We are different and we are not for everyone - we do not do cookie cutter programs.     • You simply email or call us. It is as easy as that.
  • What if I live outside of Denver ?
    • Many of our clients live outside of Denver , outside of Colorado and we even have clients who live outside the United States . So you have two choices. You can arrange to visit our office for the Program, or have us travel to your office.
  • What if I live outside the United States ?
    • Same as above.
  • What are your Career Specialists credentials?
    • There are many. Here are the top three and then we would recommend that you visit About Us/Why Dynimus . 1) All of our Specialists are in their True Calling, and they have all been through a career transition. 2) They all have at least 10 years of real business experience.   • How often can you meet with our employees?
    • As often as the contract dictates.
  • Are conversations kept confidential?
    • Absolutely. We would not be in business if our clients did not trust us. If you choose we can even keep the fact that you are a client confidential.
  • Why do you use tests?
    • We don't, we use assessments. The difference is that a test is graded; an assessment is all about our client. We use assessments just like a Doctor uses x-rays. They tell us a lot about our clients very quickly which saves them valuable time. We use 3 of the best assessments with every client. A by product of this exercise is heightened self confidence and self esteem just when the client needs it.
